HISTORY
Over the last 11 years, GroupWell established its sales network
of SkinCare in China, 32 dealers in 4 main cities of China.
The supplier of the cosmetics is located in Marseille, France.
The cosmetics is imported to China by MYSTIQUE Asia Pacific
which is in HK. And, the marketing in China market is controlled
by a professional Chinese company. Lots of seminars are made
from 1994 to now all over China to enlarge the influence of
MYSTIQUE and improve the skills and the knowledge of the deals
as well.
Then GroupWell succeeded to bring the smart cards with the advanced
technology inside from American Supercom Co., Ltd to HK and
had a gread cooperation with HK government to carry out the
normal management on passport.
In 1999, Group Well started to run its entertainment business,
and build up No. 1 international bar in Guangzhou (GZ) named
GIPSY KING, until now, it’s also successful on club industry
of GZ. In 2003, Group Well establishes the second international
club with different concept and style from GIPSY KING in GZ,
at present, BBoss has already become the symbol of the international
club here. Then, at the beginning of 2004, GroupWell set up
another entertainment center with the same name, concept and
style with BBoss in ShangHai, China.
From 2004, GroupWell began to be the joint-venture partnership
with a famous hospital locates in GZ. With the advantages of
wide relationship network worldwide, GroupWell is responsible
for raising the fund for the hospital for its improvement or
upgrade. The president of the hospital is Ms. Li MeiLin who
is the former director of Health Ministry of GuangDong province,
China. The history of the hospital is over 17 years, which made
it receive much recognition from the patients. After the detailed
market investigation, the directors of the hospital decided
to upgrade the previous service and improve its strengh on the
Cadio & Cerebro Vascular Disease with advanced medical instruments
and experienced Foreign and Chinese medical expertise.
From the beginning of this year, GroupWell entered China steel
market to extend its business in Metal industry. Before this,
as the formal member of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC),
GroupWell had already made several deals in the steel market
of Mideast, Norway and Bugaria. With the advantages of the steady
and long-term partnership with the suppliers from US, Europe
and Russia, and under the condition that there’s a indeed
vast demand for used metal from all the steel factories or group
in China, GroupWell believe it can get a good share in the steel
industry of China in the coming years.
GroupWell established its business relationships ornetwork worldwide,
such as US, Marseille of France, Swiss, Greece and HK, ShenZhen,
GuangZhou, ShangHai of China. This wide network helped GroupWell
maximize the revenue and the service as well.
